4,How can I get the samples product? Is there any procedure to get the samples from your company?

You don’t need to do anything complicated to get your free LED light as your sample. You can contact us to ask about the available samples for you to take a look and see our best quality LED lighting system. We will immediately process your order and create an invoice so that we can process your order pretty fast. The order process usually takes not more than 5 business days after you put your order to get your samples. We will send you the free samples as you need even only one product from us. 5,How do I send my payment to your MRay company?

As your information, you can send us your payment through several ways either for large or small amount of order. For the small amount, we prefer if you send payment through the Western Union or Paypal. You can send payment through our Paypal system with email ray@mraylighting.com. For the large amount, you should send us payment by using T/T. In order to do so, you need to send payment as 40% of your total order as your deposit before we can send the products to your place. Don’t forget to send us the copy of your transfer slip to make sure that we can process your order faster. We will give you the confirmation when we received your payments for your order.

8,What is the processing time to get our products launched?

We will process your order in within 5 days to 15 days. There are so many factors affecting the process time. Mostly, your small order will be processed in within 5 business days, while your large order will be processed a little bit longer but no more than 15 business days. And then after the process done, the products will be sent to your place with well-known delivery companies, for example: DHL, UPS, EMS, or Fedex. The shipping time should be no more than 3 business days. So you could expect that your product will arrive at your place no more than 8 business days after you place your order in our stores.
 
9,Do you sell your products with the warranty system? How does it work?

We sell our products with the full warranty system for all products manufactured by us. Our two warranty system will cover every defect or damage on the products within two years after we ship the products to your place. It means that we will repair or even replace the broken part of our products for completely free (There is an exception for the products handled inappropriately. They are not included in the warranty system). You can always send them back to us if you want to claim your broken products. But be sure that you contact us first so then we can know and help you with your broken products. In this warranty system, customers should be responsible on the shipment fee from their place to our place and MRay company should be responsible on the shipment fee from our place to yours.
 
10. What do EXW and FOB shipment method mean?

We offer two different types of shipment process, EXW and FOB shipment process. EXW means that our customer will pick up the products in our factory by themselves. There is no minimum order that you need to create to get this service. If you choose to get FOB service which will deliver your products right to your house, you should purchase our products with value more than $300 per order. You can get your products right in your house without any charge.
